Looking for a fun, low-pressure way to move your body without the gym intimidation? A Novel Workout with Amanda is a beginner-focused movement class that blends light strength, functional movement, and a whole lot of bookish joy.
We’ll use real books as our “weights” and focus on movements that support everyday life: lifting, reaching, bending, and building strength in a way that feels approachable and doable. This class is designed for all bodies, especially beginners or anyone easing back into movement.
